Behar Xharra is a co-founder and COO of Keshif, an exploratory data analytics technology. He leads business development, growth, operations, planning, and client relations. A native of Kosovo, Behar has previously lead innovation, data analytics, research, and program development for various governmental, not-for-profit, and private sector organizations in 10 different countries. He is also a founding member of Germin, a nonprofit in Kosovo.
