Feedback form is now closed.
This session is for people who want to learn how messaging platforms are being used for development/relief work, lessons learned and related issues. By 2019, an estimated 3.9 billion people will be using messaging apps (Activate & WSJ Tech). NGOs and the development community have already begun to embrace the opportunity afforded by these platforms to reach more people and track progress and success of their programs. This panel will discuss best practices, the costs of using messaging platforms and enterprise integration, and related privacy and security considerations. The panel discussion will be followed by Q&A at the end.
