Empirical Analyst, Journey to Self-Reliance (J2SR)
Mark Skeith currently serves as an empirical analyst on the Journey to Self-Reliance (J2SR) Metrics Team within the USAID Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning. In this role he is responsible for supporting the analysis, testing and application of the J2SR Country Roadmap metrics and secondary metrics and providing analytical support to the field as they apply the Roadmap to the USAID Program Cycle. Prior to that, he served as an empirical analyst within the USAID Bureau for Europe and Eurasia where he directly provided analytical support to Missions to inform the development and evaluation of their development portfolios. He also served in multiple analytical roles with the USAID Bureau of Foreign Disaster Assistance and AECOM Technology Company. He holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Wake Forest University and a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
