Tony Tseng is the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) Technology Officer at Project Concern International (PCI). He currently supports PCI’s use of mobile technology in monitoring and evaluation and is actively involved in the deployment of technology across the organizations with specialization in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and data visualization. Prior to joining PCI, he spent 4 years in Zambia as both a Peace Corps volunteer and consultant for various Information, Communication, and Technology for development Projects (ICT4D) in the fields of education, technology, and health. He holds a Bachelors in Geography and Environmental Studies from University of California Los Angeles.
